Basil Pesto Risotto

How to cook Risotto
The risotto in bags only take a few minutes to cook. The preparation of a good risotto is limited to a few steps:
1. Open the bag and add cold water (1/2 liter)
2. Bring to boil and cook for a few minutes
3. Mix everything with a knob of butter and a pinch of pepper
4. Plate up and enjoy !
 
Ingredients : Italian Carnaroli rice, basil, vegetable broth, onion, garlic, parsley and lemon.
